Welcome to www.globaluf.com. The www.globaluf.com website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Globaluf Water Treatment Co., Ltd. ("Globaluf," "we," "us," or "our"). This Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). 1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or “the User”), and Globaluf Water Treatment Co., Ltd., concerning your access to and use of the Site. 3. PRODUCT AND SERVICE INFORMATION

All information on the Site regarding our products and services, including but not limited to water softeners, ultrafiltration (UF) systems, reverse osmosis (RO) plants, and customized water treatment solutions, is provided for informational purposes only.

We make reasonable efforts to display the specifications and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, this information does not constitute a binding offer or a formal quotation. Specifications, configurations, and availability are subject to change without notice.

A binding agreement for the supply of products or services (including OEM/ODM manufacturing) is only formed upon the execution of a formal sales contract or purchase order mutually agreed upon and acknowledged by an authorized representative of Globaluf Water Treatment Co., Ltd..

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the People's Republic of China. Globaluf Water Treatment Co., Ltd. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of China shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
